The Anti-Planner: Task Breakdown

$14$20YOU SAVE $6

Break big tasks into steps your brain can actually do.

You know the task. You've known it for days. But every time you look at it, your brain goes blank—because "clean the office" or "finish the project" isn't a task. It's a destination with no map.

The Task Breakdown Notepad is your map.

Hand-illustrated by Dani Donovan and designed specifically for ADHD brains, this notepad helps you take any vague, overwhelming to-do and break it into small, concrete steps you can actually start.

  • Prompts that guide you through the task, not around it
  • ADHD-friendly layout — no clutter, no guilt, just clarity
  • Works as a standalone tool or alongside The Anti-Planner
  • Hand-illustrated design that makes planning feel less like a chore

Because the hardest part is knowing where to begin. This notepad handles that for you.

↳ the questions everyone asks (lol)

FAQ-ing amazing.

Is this a workbook or a planner?

Activity book. Use it when you're stuck on a specific feeling. Skip pages forever. Doodle in it. There are no calendars, dates, or "what's your goal for the week" pages. You can even use it to help you use a traditional planner.

Do I need ADHD for this to work?

Nope. It's designed for ADHD brains because that's what Dani has — but the activities work for any human who has trouble starting hard things. Roughly 100% of humans have that.

What's the difference between the Original and Clean editions?

Same activities, same illustrations. The Clean Edition just removes all curse words for therapist offices, classrooms, kids, or your grandma. The Original keeps the sh*ts in.
