Shipping

How fast?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once it leaves the warehouse, US delivery is typically 3–7 business days. International is 7–21 days depending on customs gods.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. We don't bake hidden shipping fees into product prices.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items (like the Anti-Planner Card Deck) ship mid-November. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours leaves the warehouse. If you order pre-order + in-stock items together, the whole order waits to ship as one package — place separate orders if you want the in-stock stuff sooner.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, a shipping email with tracking when it ships, and probably one or two emails from us hyping you up. We don't believe in shipping black holes.

Returns

The 30-day window

If the book doesn't click for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You cover return shipping. We don't make you fill out a form or beg.

How to return

1. Email support@adhddd.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a return address.
3. Pop it in the mail.
4. Refund hits your card 3–5 business days after we receive it.

Damaged or missing?

If your order shows up beat-up or with anything missing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. No need to return the damaged one.

Digital products

Digital PDFs are non-refundable once delivered — standard download policy. But if the file is broken, won't open, or you got the wrong one, email us and we'll sort it out fast.

Print-on-demand merch (mugs, hoodies, magnets, etc.)

Apparel and merch is made-to-order, so we can only accept returns for manufacturing defects, not buyer's remorse. If yours arrives wrong or damaged, email us a photo and we'll replace it.
